Excellent, looks like the stuff grickily recieved too. How exciting! The circular things I think are plastic glasses. Does looking through them reveal anything to you? Looking at the braille? (Which says I AM BL) We are puzzling over the address on the envelope now, it seems to just be in the middle of a street in Hollywood.

So, Obviously they want us to send them something back. (The empty envelope) I think we have to send something back to them…They provided us with the stamp as well XD.

I don’t have my camera with me so I can’t post a picture, but did anyone else’s package have a small blue sticker on the back? I can’t tell if it was put there on purpose or if it just got stuck there in transit…thanks!

I also got a package today. I don’t imagine I’m infected, some who were given the package have not gone blind. Nothing new, no new information about my package, same as the others with two pairs of the glasses and braille postcard etc.
I don’t know the significance of there being two glasses, nor do I know what we should do with the envelopes. They do seem to fit the dimensions of a photograph, though I (like the majority of people I know) no longer develop or take photos in traditional medium.. digital all the way.
We haven’t established exactly where the address leads to, though we can be sure they know about the location if they sent the package.

Hi all, new here but have been following most (if not all) of these developments.
Has anyone considered the cards (in the packages received) might function in a similar fashion as the original emails? If I’m not mistaken, I recall someone noting that the emails sent out earlier were white font on a white background. Maybe the braille postcards/envelopes have some sort of hidden text on them?
Just a random thought (but likely fruitless, I’d assume).
edit: after checking out the photos again, i’m thinking i should now say “ignore the above comments”

farhad- as far as I know, those “white emails” were mis-information. That said, I’ve looked through it pretty carefully. Unless it’s UV ink, which is a possibility.. nothing there but “I AM BL”(BL being a shorthand way in braille of ‘blind’) under the text in braille.

Hello, I did not get an email but today at my work i received a box with the same card and envelope that everyone else is talking about. It contains 20 pairs of the glasses. ALSO it contains a slip of copied paper, the font looks like someone cut the letters out of a magazine and pasted them together then made a copy…kinda freaky. It says “These are for you, whoever you are. Please share them with whomever you can. What is this all about??? who or what is this person/organization trying to tell people? Why did they send us something?

It’s a good theory farhad, we’re just still trying to sort out which clues are real and which ones aren’t.

I suspect the “BL” part probably carries some significance other than simply being shorthand for “blind”... otherwise why not just write out the whole word? Any ideas?

Braille uses a lot of short hand due to the nature in witch it is communicated. So it may or may not mean something.

My buisness is a Coffee Shop and its very obvious from the name as to what kind of buisness this is. Also we are no where near California? I was just so mystified about this very random and unexplained package…just trying to figure this all out.

I know it might be odd to post but could you post the name of the business? It might be a little far fetched but it’s possible that it could be helpful. If not I understand, but coffee shop seems less logical than an eye doctor’s office or eyewear store.

I never sent in my address anywhere and got a box. I’m in the Boston area and have a pop culture store. My box contained 20 or so pair of glasses….maybe I should give them out to customers?
Did anybody else get numerous pairs of (rolled up) glasses?
